On 28 September 2009, freenet AG converted from bearer shares into registered shares.

2008
Share capital increase (July 2008)
The acquisition of the debitel Group by freenet AG was completed on 5 July 2008. As consideration for the acquisition of the debitel Group, freenet AG issued 32 million new bearer shares with no par value to the seller.

The number of bearer shares with no par value consequently increased from 96,061,016 to 128,061,016.
2007
Dividend payment (July / August 2007)
freenet AG paid out an ordinary dividend in the amount of 0.50 euro per share on 23 July 2007 and a special dividend in the amount of 5.50 euros per share on 10 August 2007.
First listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (March 2007)
96,061,016 freenet AG bearer shares with no par value were traded from 5 March 2007 under the securities identification number A0EAMM (ISIN: DE000A0EAMM0) in the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
Today’s freenet AG (March 2007)
On 2 March 2007, freenet AG was created from the merger between mobilcom AG and freenet.de AG.
