At freenet AG’s regular Annual General Meeting, which took place in Hamburg today, the decision was taken to pay out a dividend of 0.80 euro per share entitled to dividend, for a total dividend payout of 102,408,812.80 euros.
The Annual General Meeting’s resolution follows the proposal of the freenet AG Executive and Supervisory Boards.
